Marcia joined the Blacksteel Team to pursue her dream of helping people own a piece of New York City. She previously worked at CBRE as the marketing assistant to a multi-family brokerage team. Marcia’s involvement with real estate spans 10 years, during which time she learned the rental market and brokerage business and now brings her expertise to all clients. Marcia is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Mr. Patrick Todd was born in Honolulu, HI, and spent much of his childhood exploring the far reaches of the country, living on both coasts. He attended Cal State University and Long Island University, graduating with a Masters degree in Multimedia Arts.
In 1997, Mr. Todd arrived in NYC to create art and work on interesting projects. He found and converted raw warehousing space for a live/work art studio complex in the Navy Yard area of Brooklyn. At the same time, he oversaw and managed the installation logistics of Snug Harbor Museum, a major art museum on Staten Island.
Through his interest in raw space conversions, Mr. Todd saw real estate as a calling and began his career in the business. Having come to it through a personal connection to space and its possibilities, Mr. Todd has been able to help his clients achieve their goals with outstanding attention to detail and a real commitment to his clients’ needs. He brings a unique perspective to all opportunities, with both imagination and creativity at the core of his business.
